- •Integrate international agent commission payment processes
- •Manage card payments, merchant services, and gateways
- •Handle payment inquiries from clients and internal teams
- •Lead cross-functional projects to optimize workflows
- •Standardize collections reconciliation and documentation
- •Collaborate with Business Intelligence to monitor KPIs
- •Analyze payment industry trends for strategic decision-making
