- •Industry experience in travel preferred
- •Detailed understanding of transaction flows in payment chain
- •Experience in designing reconciliation and control processes
- •Proactive problem-solving skills
- •Excellent analytical and spreadsheet skills
- •Excellent written and presentation skills

Tasks
- •Lead international supplier payout management and reconciliation
- •Negotiate contracts with suppliers
- •Implement cost reduction initiatives
- •Create and execute RFIs and RFPs
- •Select and implement third-party solution providers
- •Reduce payment failure rates and increase coverage
- •Drive integration of international agent commission payment processes
- •Manage card payments and reconciliation
- •Handle finance and payment inquiries from clients and suppliers
- •Collaborate on cross-functional projects to optimize workflows
- •Standardize collections reconciliation processes
- •Work with Business Intelligence on KPI definition and performance monitoring
- •Analyze payment industry trends for strategic decisions
