Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in network design and implementation, ideally within utilities, energy systems, or critical infrastructure
  • Proven leadership in technical workstream management
  • Coordination skills for engineers and subcontractors
  • Strong expertise in network architectures
  • Expertise in segmentation, redundant topologies, routing, VPNs, firewalls
  • Experience with Fortinet solutions
  • Familiarity with industrial protocols and IT/OT convergence
  • Familiarity with Modbus TCP, IEC 61850, OPC UA, DSS
  • Experience applying German and EU cybersecurity frameworks
  • Compliance for critical energy infrastructure
