Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent knowledge
  • •Minimum 8 years of software development and technical leadership experience
  • •Working knowledge of Java technology, Jakarta EE, and Spring
  • •Experience with object-oriented analysis and design patterns
  • •Willingness to immerse into domain-specific knowledge
  • •Knowledge of domain-driven design
  • •Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and Jakarta EE design
  • •Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • •Familiarity with API development
  • •Database design and programming skills
  • •Familiarity with CI/CD systems and DevSecOps principles
  • •Domain knowledge in industrial automation and MES applications
  • •Experience with globally distributed teams
  • •Proficiency in English and German

  • •Design and implement new MES software features
  • •Lead architectural design and product requirements development
  • •Code and test across the software development lifecycle

  • •Perform design and code reviews for quality assurance
  • •Promote Agile practices within a SAFe framework
  • •Coordinate activities and mentor other team members
