Requirements
- 5 to 10 years' professional experience
- Relevant exposure to Middle East and North Africa
- Master’s degree in international relations, economics, or relevant fields
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication
- French, Arabic and/or Hebrew skills (plus)
- Experience engaging with regional senior officials
- Impeccable judgment and understanding of regional sensitivities
- Ability to maintain impartiality
- Service and entrepreneurial orientation
- Autonomous and collaborative teamwork skills
- Interest in MENA region and international affairs
- Prior exposure to policy or political processes (asset)
Tasks
- Map and maintain relationships with regional government entities
- Represent the organization in high-level external meetings
- Support leadership through strategic planning and reporting
- Engage government leaders in global initiatives and events
- Manage stakeholder participation to ensure impactful outcomes
- Monitor regional policy priorities and conduct research
- Draft detailed briefing notes for senior leadership
- Oversee engagement workflows and logistical processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt regional work
- Drive public-private dialogue with business engagement leads
- Manage regional workstreams with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Act as a trusted ambassador for the organization
