Requirements

  • Previous experience in call-center or inside sales
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust over phone
  • Working knowledge of financial concepts (IRR, NPV)
  • Advantageous familiarity with real estate transaction/closing processes
  • Strong plus: experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewable energy
  • Some college education or equivalent professional experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Respectful attitude and positive sense of humor
  • Berufserfahrung in Call-Center oder Inside-Sales

Tasks

  • Manage personal origination leads pipeline
  • Schedule calls with property owners and Account Managers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets
  • Advance call setting and deal progression
  • Monitor and manage the origination waterfall
  • Ensure a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Provide feedback for process improvements
  • Enhance data mining, CRM workflows, and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product development
