Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Java or React, with strong hands-on experience
  • Proven track record in designing/developing distributed, high-performance, scalable systems
  • Strong experience in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid knowledge of modern software architecture (microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, messaging middleware)
  • Strong understanding of frontend engineering at scale (React, TypeScript, testing frameworks, performance optimization)
  • Advanced knowledge of backend engineering (Java concurrency, multithreading, networking, JVM tuning, performance profiling)
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, observability (logging, metrics, tracing)
  • Ability to review, challenge, and improve designs/codebases

Tasks

  • Lead modernization and cloud migration of trading platforms
  • Enforce architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices
  • Migrate backend services to the cloud
  • Drive design and development of React web interfaces
  • Integrate web interfaces with backend trading services
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations
  • Support audits, security assessments, and penetration tests
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, and engineers
  • Mentor and guide other engineers
