Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable field
- •Minimum 5 years technical experience
- •Experience designing large industrial systems
- •Very good knowledge of Inventor and AutoCAD
- •Experience with European Pressure Directive requirements
- •Experience with FEM analysis
- •Very good German and strong English skills
- •Experience with pressure-bearing systems advantageous
- •Past experience in large organizations
- •Ability to lead and coordinate teams

- •Design industrial heat pump systems using Autodesk Inventor
- •Optimize designs for manufacturability and high-volume production
- •Perform calculations following the European Pressure Equipment Directive
- •Execute FEM calculations for structural analysis
- •Support design activities for piston compressors
- •Create production parts lists within the ERP system
- •Organize and improve design processes and systems
- •Lead and coordinate a team of three designers
- •Serve as the primary technical contact for US stakeholders
- •Collaborate closely with the German-speaking production team
