As a Lead Engineer, you will drive engineering excellence by managing teams, setting technical direction, and ensuring high-quality delivery across mobile and backend platforms. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to align on project goals and maintain a secure, efficient architecture.

Requirements

• •Several years in software engineering with line management experience
• •Experience in native mobile (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin), Angular Web / Typescript, or backend (Java/Kotlin)
• •Practical experience operating workloads on GCP (e.g., GKE/Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL)
• •Experience with GitHub & GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• •Solid understanding of secure coding, data protection, compliance, and risk controls
• •Excellent to native English proficiency
• •Good working proficiency in German
• •Willingness to pass a backend or frontend coding assessment
