- High automation and multi-year delivery experience
- Ideally in networking, storage, archiving or information security
- Strong affinity for data
- 2–3 years’ experience as solution or enterprise architect is a plus
- Hands-on experience with DEX/DEM platforms and implementation
- Proven experience delivering automation initiatives
- Proven experience selecting, designing and integrating AI into production environments
- Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL and ServiceNow is an advantage
- Strong visualization and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
- Fluent English (working language)
- German is a plus
Tasks
- Define and evolve infrastructure strategy and architecture
- Deliver modern, cloud-based platforms for employees
- Support mobile working and meet regulatory requirements
- Develop and visualize architecture
- Document and govern architecture
- Present and influence at all management levels
- Provide governance and support to lead engineers and solution architects
- Advise colleagues in engineering, product management, and senior management
- Define and maintain data sources and data flows
- Identify patterns to detect and resolve issues
- Understand end-to-end processes
- Identify and implement simplification opportunities
- Leverage automation platforms and AI assistants
- Use generative and agentic AI
- Understand AI limitations and risks
- Ensure usability, security, and commercial viability
- Maintain risk awareness in architecture decisions
- Join a highly qualified Domain Architecture team
- Report to Head of Strategy & Architecture, End-User Computing
- Build partnerships with global IT divisions
- Collaborate with other architecture teams
- Work with Corporate Information Security
- Engage with the end-user community
- Partner with external stakeholders
