- 7+ years designing and implementing data solutions, platforms, interfaces
- Strong data modeling expertise (dimensional, (de-)normalization)
- Hands-on experience with modern data technologies, cloud platforms, big data tools, data warehousing
- Experience with cloud data platforms, Medallion architecture, Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric
- Guiding technical decisions and responsibility in project setups
- Mentoring and guiding team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Consulting mindset
- German fluency (C1 level) for stakeholder discussions
- English fluency for stakeholder discussions
