Requirements
- •5-10 years of experience as Data Architect, Lead Data Engineer, or Migration Lead
- •Very strong knowledge in ERP data structures (SAP, MS BC, Odoo, etc.)
- •Strong skills in data modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT processes, SQL, Python
- •Experience in at least one complete ERP migration
- •Ownership mindset and ability to set standards
- •Passion for modern tools, automation, and AI-driven approaches

Tasks
- •Design a modern, scalable data model for ERP and satellite systems
- •Develop a comprehensive interface and integration blueprint
- •Introduce data governance principles and master data management policies
- •Take technical ownership of all migration and integration architectures
- •Define ETL/ELT strategies for the future data landscape
- •Design data harmonization across ERP, Streamline, and shop systems
- •Oversee all mapping logic, transformation rules, and validation concepts
- •Advise on ERP strategy and vendor selection
- •Ensure data quality, auditability, and regulatory compliance
- •Collaborate closely with BI/Automation, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders
- •Build and lead a Data Management team
- •Define KPIs to measure performance and target achievement
- •Conduct employee reviews and development conversations
- •Serve as a key contact for relevant interfaces and stakeholders
