Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or business-related field
  • Minimum 10 years' professional experience in building automation, ideally Critical Environment Technology focus
  • Deep market knowledge, ability to evaluate customer objectives and translate into offerings/strategies
  • Profound understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., GMP)
  • Experience defining/developing standardized portfolio offerings
  • Experience defining/executing go-to-market strategies
  • Strategic mindset and critical thinking skills
  • Stakeholder management skills, ability to coordinate cross-functional/international teams and senior management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills in English
  • Proficiency in German (significant advantage)
  • Legal eligibility for work authorization in respective location
