Tasks

  • Define and execute assortment strategy for third-party brands
  • Build, manage, and optimize external brand portfolio
  • Identify and onboard new brand partners
  • Lead seasonal buying processes
  • Select styles, plan quantities, and define size curves
  • Curate a balanced assortment of products
  • Own Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning
  • Allocate budgets across categories, brands, and markets
  • Manage margins, inventory levels, and financial performance
  • Drive forecasting and in-season trading decisions
  • Analyze sales performance, sell-through, margins, and stock levels
  • Identify risks and opportunities
  • Implement corrective actions like reorders or markdowns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and suppliers
  • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing and terms
  • Ensure high standards in quality and reliability
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Translate insights into actionable buying strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
  • Align on product launches, campaigns, and inventory planning
  • Drive key brand launches and collaborations
  • Manage stock levels to minimize overstock and markdown risks
  • Undertake additional tasks as required by supervisor
