- •Proficiency in Node.js for integration layers
- •Experience with relational, NoSQL, and messaging systems
- •End-to-end mindset in architecture and implementation
- •High code quality and documentation standards
- •Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- •Experience in product-driven startups or scale-ups

- •Develop AI and user-focused services

- •Shape and challenge the existing architecture
- •Establish standards for code quality and testing
- •Implement monitoring and alerting protocols
- •Translate complex AI requirements into solutions
- •Develop with .NET, Node.js, and React
- •Utilize MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and RabbitMQ
- •Provide technical guidance for external developers
- •Collaborate with founders and product teams
- •Define technical expectations for new hires
- •Evaluate candidates to support team growth
