- •Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, specializing in production engineering, maintenance engineering, or comparable training
- •Several years of professional experience in aviation and/or aerospace
- •Knowledge of gas/fluid bolting techniques
- •Good drawing skills, spatial awareness, and good technical understanding
- •Willingness for occasional assembly work at different locations
- •High quality awareness
- •Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- •High motivation to take on complex challenges
- •Foundational knowledge of computer and software applications
- •Fluency in English and German

Tasks
- •Assemble advanced space components with precision
- •Machine carbon fiber composites using cutting-edge techniques
- •Test electrical and mechanical internals for reliability
- •Validate functionality of individual parts and complete assemblies
- •Maintain high cleanliness standards for component integrity
- •Document work processes accurately to uphold quality standards
- •Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- •Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- •Assist in setting up accurate and reliable tests
