In this role, you will be at the forefront of space technology, assembling advanced components, testing systems for reliability, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and documentation. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement in the launch vehicle assembly process.

Requirements

• •Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, specializing in production engineering, maintenance engineering, or comparable training
• •Several years of professional experience in aviation and/or aerospace
• •Knowledge of gas/fluid bolting techniques
• •Good drawing skills, spatial awareness, and good technical understanding
• •Willingness for occasional assembly work at different locations
• •High quality awareness
• •Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• •High motivation to take on complex challenges
• •Foundational knowledge of computer and software applications
• •Fluency in English and German

Tasks

• •Assemble advanced space components with precision
• •Machine carbon fiber composites using cutting-edge techniques
• •Test electrical and mechanical internals for reliability
• •Validate functionality of individual parts and complete assemblies
• •Maintain high cleanliness standards for component integrity
• •Document work processes accurately to uphold quality standards
• •Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• •Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
• •Assist in setting up accurate and reliable tests
