  • •Rekombinante Proteine in Bakterien- und Hefezellkulturen exprimieren
  • •Erste Erfahrungen im Small-Scale Screening oder mit der Fermentation von Bakterien- oder Hefezellkulturen sammeln
  • •Plasmid-DNA aus E. coli aufreinigen
  • •Standardanalysen von Proteinen mit verschiedenen biochemischen und biophysikalischen Methoden durchführen
  • •Sorgfältig die Arbeitsschritte gemäß interner Vorschriften und Kundenanforderungen dokumentieren
  • •An multidisziplinären und anspruchsvollen Forschungsprojekten in der industriellen Wirkstoffentwicklung mitarbeiten
