Description

In this role, you will be hands-on in the lab, developing next-generation adhesive solutions while collaborating with scientists and engineers. Your work will focus on testing, analyzing samples, and presenting findings, all contributing to innovative and sustainable technologies.

Requirements

• •Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Chemical Production Technician, or similar qualification
• •Enjoyment of practical, hands-on laboratory work and organizational responsibility
• •Enthusiasm for developing and testing innovative adhesive systems and exploring new concepts
• •Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
• •Strong team spirit, communication skills, and structured working style
• •Proficient German skills (written and verbal) and intermediate English skills

Tasks

• •Collaborate in formulation development and maintenance of adhesives
• •Plan, execute, and evaluate tests in laboratory and pilot plant environments
• •Analyze laboratory samples for adhesive performance and polymer characteristics
• •Take responsibility for sub-projects within larger R&D projects
• •Document and present results in project meetings and teams
• •Support coordination of supplier interactions and development collaborations
