Requirements

  • Bei der Erfassung von Stammdaten unterstützen
  • Bei der Änderung von Stammdaten unterstützen
  • Bei der Qualitätssicherung von Stammdaten unterstützen
  • Leichten System-Support für Anwender:innen leisten
  • Supportanfragen bearbeiten
  • Einfache Fehleranalysen durchführen
  • Stammdatenänderungen gemäß Vorgaben dokumentieren
  • Supportfälle gemäß Vorgaben dokumentieren
  • Datenqualität mit Labor, IT und Qualitätssicherung sicherstellen
