Requirements
- •Completed training as a chemical-technical assistant, physical-technical assistant, biology/chemical laboratory technician, or comparable scientific training
- •First practical experience in laboratory work
- •Independent and detail-oriented working style
- •Good communication skills
- •Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- •Good knowledge of MS Office package
- •Prior knowledge of calibration of laboratory equipment and general laboratory organizational tasks
Education
Tasks
- •Calibrate scales, pH meters, pipettes, and ELISA readers
- •Maintain refrigerators, freezers, CO2 incubators, safety cabinets, water baths, and other cleaning equipment
- •Perform autoclaving and cleaning services
- •Wash glassware
- •Manage incoming goods and replenish laboratory supplies
- •Prepare buffers
- •Handle sample shipping and management
