You will balance lab management with active research, ensuring smooth operations while developing imaging frameworks to analyze organoid behavior alongside a diverse team of scientists.

Requirements

• •Ph.D. in Cell Biology or related discipline
• •M.Sc. with seven years industry experience
• •Expertise in laboratory and people management
• •Experience with primary cell culture
• •Experience with gene-editing/manipulation techniques
• •Foundation in Stem Cell and Molecular Biology
• •Experience with organoid models, ideally
• •Experience with Protein Engineering, ideally
• •Experience with Spatial Omics, ideally
• •Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
• •Passion for fundamental science
• •Ability to function in group settings
• •Knowledge of experimental and analytical methodologies
• •Proficiency in research design and interpretation
• •Strong publication record
• •Capacity to prioritize and maintain overview
• •Open-mindedness, adaptability, and speed
• •Ability to work autonomously
• •Ability to establish professional networks
• •Professional fluency in English

Tasks

• •Manage day-to-day laboratory organization
• •Onboard and train junior scientists
• •Coordinate maintenance and cleaning schedules
• •Partner with the lab manager community
• •Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• •Oversee research project strategy and progress
• •Liaise with administrative teams on budgets
• •Manage project documentation and legal agreements
• •Facilitate high-quality data generation for publication
• •Develop functional imaging frameworks for molecular circuits
