- •Training as chemical laboratory technician, CTA, or comparable qualification
- •Ideally 1-3 years food industry experience
- •Desirable experience in contaminant and residue analysis
- •Reliable, precise working style and documentation
- •Open communication skills
- •Composure under pressure and flexibility
- •Strong affinity for food analysis
- •Enjoyment of exploring new topics
- •Experience with laboratory management systems
- •Proficiency in common MS Office applications
- •Excellent German language skills
- •Ideally good English skills

Tasks
- •Conduct independent analytical examinations of food products
- •Apply sample preparation techniques for elemental analysis
- •Analyze pesticides and mycotoxins in raw materials
- •Operate instruments and perform measurements following SOPs
- •Register samples and enter data into the LIMS
- •Maintain and clean laboratory testing equipment regularly
- •Ensure the quality of raw materials and products
- •Support the implementation of new analytical methods
- •Provide accurate analysis results to internal customers
