Tasks
- Plan work processes according to guidelines
- Inspect and document materials as required
- Apply putty to parts as specified
- Perform adhesions according to standards
- Operate simple machinery, such as cranes and mixing equipment
- Support Lean initiatives, including Kaizen and material savings
- Participate in safety training and achieve certification
- Identify and report safety hazards immediately
- Communicate issues to Team Leader promptly
- Propose improvement ideas for problem-solving
- Model a safety-first mindset and follow all safety policies
- Understand and contribute to team KPIs
- Achieve Lean Foundation certification
- Implement at least one Kaizen per month
- Collaborate with the team on problem-solving
- Promote a positive and inclusive team environment
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements
- Support equal employment opportunity and affirmative action policies
- Comply with government contracting and export control regulations
