- Systematically address heating cost statements
- Assist with general customer service topics
- Support scheduling and installation issues
- Manage online portal inquiries
- Resolve simple technical issues related to devices
- Adhere to established processes and service level agreements
- Document customer inquiries
- Process non-call tasks in the second level, including ticket creation and document handling
- Manage incoming written communications from customers
- Collaborate with operations and sales to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor the status of unresolved cases
- Maintain the systems in use
