Processing customer orders with focus on equipment safety and repair sales. Managing sales leads and resolving service complaints. On-site coordination in a workshop environment.
Tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and precise communication
- Maintain equipment safety and performance
- Sell service repairs
- Manage sales lead volume, quality, and further processing
- Resolve customer service quality complaints
- Address customer invoicing complaints related to maintenance
- Ensure end-user, site, and technician safety
- Deliver service according to contract requirements, time limits, KONE quality standards, and local regulations
- Control field operations costs and CMII
- Manage callouts and service repairs sales
- Oversee proximity stock content and value
- Coordinate third-party inspection visits and follow-up actions
- Validate service contract technical terms with salesperson
- Support maintenance of foreign equipment in LIS base
- Help KC3 resolve technician callout assignment conflicts
- Solve and close open callouts and react to stopped equipment or safety issues
- Reduce callouts in your area
- Review and process non-automatically invoiced callouts and service repairs
- Complete planned maintenance visits on time
- Schedule and optimize planned maintenance routing
- Perform site audits
- Investigate accidents and follow company policy on evidence custody and internal reporting
- Control and authorize overtime
- Evaluate and manage assigned technicians' performance
- Motivate and develop maintenance technicians' competence
- Set and monitor technicians' performance objectives
- Communicate with assigned technicians
- Manage technician absences and back-up, and callout technician scheduling
- Validate technician timesheets before payroll
- Assign equipment to technicians and balance workload
- Define technician capacity needs and hiring process
- Manage technician tools, vans, phones/PDAs, and instruments
