- Degree in information management, business, or comparable field
- 3-5 years experience in knowledge management
- Experience in consulting or international professional environment (ideally)
- Advanced understanding of structured content, taxonomy, metadata, and searchability
- Comfort with defined standards and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident work with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI, SharePoint based data environments, and AI enabled workflows (advantage)
- Motivation for continuous process improvement
- Clear and confident communication across technical and business stakeholders
- Ownership and driving alignment across functions
- High ownership and initiative
- Ability to thrive in an international environment
- Excellent business communication skills in English
