Requirements

  • PhD or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy
  • Relevant years of hands-on experience in analytical equipment and applications
  • Experience with Process Analytical Technologies (PAT)
  • Experience with system programming
  • Experience with complex data evaluation
  • Experience working in cGMP environments
  • Understanding of biotechnological processes
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Fluency in German (verbal and written)
  • Chinese language skills advantageous
  • Willingness to travel to China

Tasks

  • Implement advanced analytical technologies in production
  • Support qualification of analytical technologies
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
  • Support analytical method transfers between units
  • Develop and optimize PAT systems for real-time monitoring
  • Provide technical expertise for regulatory submissions
  • Respond to authority questions on analytical methods
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Process Science, and Quality Assurance
