Tasks
- Manage daily replenishment from warehouse to stores
- Handle product returns from stores to warehouse
- Respond to questions about transfer orders (TO)
- Respond to questions about Intercompany PO/SO
- Streamline communication with the third-party warehouse
- Liaise with 3PL, Merchandising, Inventory, and System Specialists
- Troubleshoot error messages in D365 and other systems
- Assist new stores with account setup
- Facilitate order placement for new stores
- Collaborate with Merchandising on launch orders
- Evaluate current retail processes
- Propose solutions for process enhancement
- Support other Key Account Services teams as needed
