- •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- •Confident use of MS-Office and ideally experience with ERP systems (SAP)
- •High service orientation, enjoyment of working in an international environment, strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit

- •Create and process orders, quotations, and contracts
- •Provide back-office support for Global Key Account customers
- •Manage international customer projects
- •Support the field sales team with customer and market analyses
- •Evaluate market conditions and customer needs
- •Monitor delivery times and ensure adherence to deadlines
- •Oversee shipping processes and handle returns
- •Act as a substitute for customer service representatives as needed
- •Take on special tasks assigned by the team leader
