Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in international customer service or project management desirable

  • Other languages an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) ideally

Tasks

  • Manage global key accounts
  • Coordinate with international customers and internal departments

  • Provide back office support for key account customers
  • Manage international customer projects
  • Support field sales and international sales companies
  • Conduct customer and market analyses
  • Evaluate market data
  • Monitor delivery times and adherence to deadlines
  • Process shipping and returns
  • Restock inventory
  • Stand in for other administrators
  • Perform special tasks as specified by the team leader
