Requirements
- BSc or MSc in business degree
- 4 years experience in sales, marketing, or CRM
- Business fluency in English, German, or Hebrew
- Expertise in strategic planning and budgeting
- Understanding of customer strategy and launch processes
- Expertise in account management and brief handling
- Expertise in generating new business
- Passion for communication, negotiation, and networking
- Strategic and commercial insight
Tasks
- Grow business with designated accounts
- Manage top and bottom line performance
- Lead all company activities for assigned accounts
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers
- Position the company as a preferred supplier
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Create sales forecasts and account budgets
- Establish and monitor clear KPIs
- Manage the project brief pipeline
- Defend base business in key markets
- Negotiate pricing agreements and rebates
- Oversee credit and pricing management
Education
