- •Very good knowledge of the healthcare system
- •Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- •Strong observable strengths in result responsibility, proactivity, and internal collaboration
- •Excellent persuasive rhetoric and goal-oriented conversation management
- •Persistence and implementation strength in achieving goals
