Key Account Manager - Distribution(m/w/x)
Managing DACH channel partners for solar inverters and energy storage systems. C1 German and English proficiency required. Regular travel to DACH channel partners.
Requirements
- Higher education or business studies with technical component
- Proven Account Management experience (ideally several years)
- Independent work and focus in dynamic environment
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- C1 German and English proficiency; additional European/Chinese languages beneficial
- Quick learner with desire for clean-tech knowledge
- Attention to detail and big-picture view
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM software knowledge a plus
- Enjoyment of traveling and client visits
Tasks
- Serve as the primary contact for DACH channel partners
- Provide product and commercial information to channel partners
- Ensure positive partner experience selling Sungrow products
- Identify client challenges and needs
- Align client needs with Sungrow's strategy
- Develop value propositions and account plans
- Explore strategic advancements within accounts
- Monitor client performance
- Provide relevant updates to management
- Process quote entries
- Track product flow
- Manage reports and deadlines
- Address customer challenges
- Escalate issues to Sungrow stakeholders as needed
- Visit channel partners in person
- Attend trade fairs
- Accompany partners to Hefei Headquarter
Work Experience
- 2 - 5 years
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degree
