Key Account Manager – E-Bike Products(m/w/x)
Managing OEM key accounts for e-bike drive systems at a specialized manufacturer, developing new business. Proven OEM sales track record in bicycle industry, technical degree required. Company car, performance bonus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Proven track record in OEM sales within the bicycle industry
- Fluency in German and English
- Located close to Dresden or Zwickau or willing to relocate
- Strong hunter mentality and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation, reliability, and flexibility
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%)
Tasks
- Manage OEM key accounts in the e-bike segment
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Develop new business opportunities with prospective OEM customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customer decision makers
- Represent customer needs and align them with company strategy
- Support price negotiations and contract discussions
- Collaborate with Business Units for sustainable solutions
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Ensure delivery and quality targets are met
