Requirements

  • Full-time student in a degree program, ideally business or law
  • Knowledge of banking and insurance industries
  • Knowledge of leasing and/or financing sector
  • Independence and confident issue resolution
  • Willingness to work on-site
  • Fluent written and spoken German

Tasks

  • Process contracts for total loss or theft claims
  • Minimize losses while protecting customer interests
  • Handle and settle claims between Toyota Kreditbank, insurers, dealerships, customers, and legal counsel
  • Sell residual values according to appraisals
  • Issue and monitor security orders
  • Assess and decide on security waivers
  • Correspond with customers about payment deferrals and extensions
  • Decide on vehicle returns
  • Advise customers with overdue receivables
  • Create targeted and timely solutions for overdue payments
  • Commission freight forwarders for vehicle transport
  • Commission expert organizations for vehicle appraisals
  • Monitor deadlines for vehicle appraisals
  • Inform customers, dealers, and attorneys of appraisal results
  • Provide vehicle data to external marketing platforms
  • Review necessary documents and records

Education

  • Currently in higher education
