- •Design governance models and steering routines
- •Develop KPIs and reporting structures
- •Coordinate strategic initiatives across functions and regions
- •Lead analytical workstreams within larger projects
- •Synthesize cross-functional inputs into management narratives
- •Facilitate workshops and senior stakeholder interviews
