Description

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing project performance by managing PIM data, coordinating with teams, and ensuring data quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting project documentation and tracking tasks while collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• •1–2 years of experience in a commercial company
• •Fluency in spoken and written English
• •Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas
• •Ability to use AI tools with Excel
• •Good communication skills
• •Basic understanding of product data or ERP/PIM systems
• •Experience working with large datasets
• •Interest in data quality and digital transformation projects

Tasks

• •Support daily PIM data administration
• •Maintain and validate large Excel files with product attributes
• •Build and manage complex formulas
• •Use AI tools to enhance data quality
• •Identify data gaps or inconsistencies
• •Apply data governance rules
• •Perform pre-migration checks
• •Validate outputs during testing cycles
• •Track data issues and resolutions in structured logs
• •Assist with meeting preparation and task tracking
• •Document project materials such as guidelines and change logs
• •Coordinate with stakeholders to request missing data
• •Clarify definitions and follow up on corrections
• •Escalate risks or blockers to the PIM lead
