- Ensure product consistency, quality, and launch readiness
- Report on project status, cost, timelines, and resource allocation
- Define customer and product requirements
- Identify new product solutions
- Assess feasibility, risks, and business impact
- Support product group selection and prioritization
- Align with company product and category strategy
- Collaborate with China-based manufacturers and suppliers
- Manage timelines, samples, approvals, and production readiness
- Act as a key interface between internal teams and external partners
- Ensure clear communication and structured follow-ups
- Align on expectations with external partners
- Work with interdisciplinary teams for product launches
- Meet regulatory, commercial, and brand requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree
