- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or process documentation (plus)
- Basic project management skills
- Knowledge of PM methods/tools (advantage)
- Understanding of logistics or 3PL concepts
- Willingness to learn logistics or 3PL concepts quickly
- Fluent in English
Tasks
- Conduct performance analysis and reporting
- Collect and consolidate data
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting templates
- Coordinate and support projects
- Plan and monitor small projects or workstreams
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task trackers
- Prepare presentations and follow up on deliverables
- Support management systems and standardization
- Create and maintain standard packages and documentation
- Document definitions, processes, and best practices
- Develop frameworks for transparency improvement
- Participate in improvement and innovation activities
- Gather best practices and cross-account insights
- Support pilot projects and track rollout opportunities
- Coordinate workshops, ideation sessions, and knowledge-sharing events
- Support integration activities for global customers
- Collaborate with Performance Management, Finance, IT, and Business Architecture & Integrations
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for project topics
