Tasks
- Coordinate project team and stakeholders
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external parties
- Receive and prepare project information
- Conduct surveys and gather information for rooftop solar projects
- Participate in proposal stages and assess technical feasibility
- Organize site detail surveys and finalize equipment locations
- Review technical design and BOQ with EPC
- Ensure quality, HSE, schedule, and quantity compliance
- Attend regular project meetings with stakeholders
- Report on project cost, schedule, quality, and risks
- Suggest changes for PM approval
- Manage contract administration, variations, and payment claims
- Ensure project scope, quality, and schedule align with EPC contract
- Issue site instructions and letters to contractors
- Conduct final inspection with EPC and authorities
- Manage project handover to O&M
- Evaluate and assess project results
- Coordinate warranty and complaint management with EPC/suppliers
- Complete project documentation with relevant departments
- Report task progress to department manager
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
