- Transform the 360° customer journey on touchpoints
- Develop comprehensive user experiences
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs
- Create optimization projects from hypothesis to Go-Live
- Conduct A/B tests to verify optimization projects
- Perform usability tests
- Identify customer needs
- Derive improvement actions from test results
- Consider interests and wishes of other departments
- Develop outstanding customer solutions in the team
