Junior Product Manager(m/w/x)
Product ownership for Free-to-Play game products at a gaming service hub, translating vision into actionable requirements. 2 years Product Management experience, specifically in Games, preferred. Fully remote work, flexible hours.
Requirements
- Passion for gaming, Free-to-Play, and Games-as-a-Service
- At least 2 years of experience in Product Management - Games preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Problem-solving and results-oriented attitude
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Understanding of balancing quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Experience with KPIs and data
- Skilled in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; SQL and Tableau a plus
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data, or similar field
- Data background within games considered
- Mentoring and training skills
- Experience working with Game Development teams
- Experience in Live-Ops and fast-paced teams
- Experience working with international teams
Tasks
- Act as the end-to-end Product Owner for the game and its players
- Translate product vision and strategy into actionable requests and requirements
- Identify cost-effective and high-impact opportunities to maximize efficiency
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among engineers, designers, and marketers
- Develop a deep understanding of growth drivers for the product using data and user feedback
- Manage daily operations of the game, including in-game engagement and promotions
- Hypothesize, test, and improve strategies for retention, conversion, and monetization
- Lead and manage team members responsible for daily game operations
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and Leadership on cross-product initiatives
