Requirements
- Completed studies in business, economics, or communication/media, or equivalent apprenticeship/training with work experience
- At least two years experience in Performance Marketing, including Search, PMax and Demand Gen
- Additional expertise in Google Marketing platform is highly valued
- Additional experience in SQL, Python, Google Ads Scripts, Tableau or Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) is a plus
- Solid MS Excel skills
- Enjoyment of diving into large data sets to identify patterns and relationships
- Leveraging Generative AI to boost campaign performance
- Excitement to test new AI features
- Use of analytical skills to see what's truly driving impact
- Proactive mindset

- Support planning, setup, and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns
- Create reports and analyze campaign performance
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Assist in implementing A/B tests, Multi-Arm Experiments, and Lift Studies
- Leverage Generative AI tools to uncover hidden growth potential
- Test new AI-driven features to keep campaigns cutting-edge
