- Execute contract call-offs and manage PO lifecycle
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and process adherence in transactions
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and quantity issues
- Identify and mitigate supply and order risks proactively
- Analyze stock levels, demand signals, and supplier performance
- Adjust order frequencies to optimize inventory
- Contribute to achieving stock coverage and inventory targets
- Interface with Planning, Accounting, and Operations
- Ensure transparency on risks, forecasts, and supplier performance
- Identify inefficiencies in Purchase-to-Pay process
- Suggest pragmatic improvements for speed and clarity
- Build deep expertise in assigned category
- Understand supplier dynamics and support decision-making
