Requirements
- 2+ years digital marketing or client services experience
- Agency, online publisher/sales house or retailer experience (plus)
- 1 year media planning experience
- Platform knowledge (DV360, Smart.ly, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads)
- Up-to-date knowledge on latest media trends
- Ability to set up and deliver campaigns within platforms
- Analytical skills with dashboards and tracking systems
- Provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations
- Proactive attitude, self-confidence, decisiveness
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
- Ability to drive results
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
Tasks
- Execute integrated media plans and partnerships
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Monitor and optimize media across digital channels
- Adjust budgets, bids, targeting, and refresh creatives
- Optimize inflight campaigns using data points
- Analyze campaign results and flag issues
- Improve performance using insights
- Prepare media recommendations for Partner Consultants
- Develop media plans for full-funnel campaigns
- Understand and adjust for the complete user journey
- Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign
- Support Partner Consultancy teams and clients
- Provide ongoing optimization recommendations
