Requirements

  • •Inventive talent in electric motors and power electronics
  • •Enjoyment of driving topics forward and engaging others
  • •Desirable attitudes: courage, openness, tolerance, mindfulness
  • •Technical master's or diploma in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or computer science
  • •MBA, PhD, or initial professional experience
  • •At least three months of international experience and practical experience through internships in electromobility
  • •Very good command of English and good knowledge of German
  • •Practical experience in power electronics, application, test bench, energy management, power drive, inverters, DC/DC converters, software, and hardware

  • •Manage an individual budget for training
