Tasks
- Manage and support corporate funding transactions across debt and equity markets
- Evolve and refine engagement with key relationship banks
- Support development of innovative ESG financing solutions
- Enable strategic investments
- Support Uniper’s credit rating
- Manage project financings with stakeholders
- Support structured finance projects with stakeholders
- Support M&A projects from a financing and rating perspective
- Structure legal documentation for syndicated loans
- Develop legal documentation for bilateral loans
- Structure legal documentation for bonds
- Develop legal documentation for private placements
- Prepare timely, high-quality decision-making proposals
- Deliver proposals to senior management
- Deliver proposals to key governance bodies
