- Ability and willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team spirit and readiness to collaborate
- Basic understanding of HSE standards (advantageous)
- Motivation to grow into more responsibility
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- IT competent with MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, SAP
- Good understanding of English, spoken and written
- Fluent in country language (DK, DE, UK, NL, SE)
Tasks
- Assist in managing vessels, helicopters, and logistical assets
- Support planning and execution of logistical requirements
- Help coordinate vessel mobilisation and daily operations
- Monitor vessel performance and participate in performance meetings
- Emphasize Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards
- Visit vessels and logistical assets to ensure compliance
- Manage interface for logistical topics
- Contribute to vessel performance monitoring for improvement
- Support tender processes and define site requirements
- Oversee crew arrangements, technical equipment, and HSE requirements
- Collaborate with Offshore Logistics for safe operations
- Handle invoices for logistical assets
- Optimize logistics for regional sites
- Contribute to data management for Asset Operational Readiness
- Prepare sites for post-warranty operations

- Bachelor's degree
