Description

In this role, you will actively support sales strategy development while nurturing relationships with retail customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating with teams, analyzing sales data, and ensuring brand visibility at events.

Requirements

• •Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field, or equivalent qualification
• •First experience in key account management, sales, or FMCG, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or retail sector
• •Strong organizational and coordination skills
• •Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• •Structured and proactive mindset with high sense of responsibility and ownership
• •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus
• •Fluent English skills; knowledge of Croatian or another Adria region language is an advantage
• •Professional experience

Tasks

• •Support the Country Manager in developing sales strategies
• •Maintain and expand relationships with retail customers
• •Assist in acquiring new customers and preparing product presentations
• •Coordinate with internal teams in Germany and Croatia
• •Monitor sales figures and analyze KPIs for growth opportunities
• •Support administrative processes like maintaining customer data
• •Manage price conditions and ensure accurate documentation
• •Assist with trade fairs, customer events, and store checks
