- •First experience in key account management, sales, or FMCG, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or retail sector
- •Strong organizational and coordination skills
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- •Structured and proactive mindset with high sense of responsibility and ownership
- •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus
- •Fluent English skills; knowledge of Croatian or another Adria region language is an advantage

- •Support the Country Manager in developing sales strategies
- •Maintain and expand relationships with retail customers
- •Assist in acquiring new customers and preparing product presentations
- •Coordinate with internal teams in Germany and Croatia
- •Monitor sales figures and analyze KPIs for growth opportunities
- •Support administrative processes like maintaining customer data
- •Manage price conditions and ensure accurate documentation
- •Assist with trade fairs, customer events, and store checks
