- Familiarity with ticketing systems or user account management
Tasks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare and decommission IT equipment and user accounts
- Document support requests accurately in the ticketing system
- Follow through on support requests until resolution or escalation
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff with context
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
- Work alongside a world-class team of experts
